Isbre Norwegian Glacier Water Enters into Distribution Agreement with Marz Beverage Co. |

Montvale, N.J. (October 31, 2007). Isbre Holding Corp. announced today that it has entered into distribution arrangements with Marz Beverage Company to market Isbre bottled Norwegian glacier spring water throughout New Jersey. Isbre earlier announced distribution arrangements covering eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Florida.
Marz Beverage Company is a recently-formed collaboration between Peerless Beverage Company and Cott-Passaic Distribution. Founded over 60 years ago, Peerless is a third-generation, family-owned company that annually distributes over 7 million cases of Coors, Corona, Diagio, Samuel Adams, and other beers. Also family-owned, Cott-Passaic has been distributing non-alcoholic beverages for more than 50 years. The company’s portfolio includes Herbal Mist and Sweet Leaf teas, Mad Croc energy drinks, and Steaz sodas. Cott-Passaic’s Marion Galluccio serves as President of Marz and Peerless President Scott Beim serves as COO. Marz operates statewide from warehouses in Paterson, Union and Pennsauken.
Isbre Holding Corp. is a producer, distributor and marketer of ultra-pure bottled water and bulk water. Isbre’s water source is a spring located in the glacier region at the end of the Hardanger Fjord on the west coast of Norway. Isbre holds the trademark right to put the logo “The World’s Best Drinking Water”® on its labels. The company currently bottles its water in Norway and sells it in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Isbre is establishing a bottling facility in Bristol, Pennsylvania and plans to establish additional bottling facilities in other port cities in the United States and overseas. The company will ship its water in tanker ships directly from its springs in Norway to its bottling facilities. The company is also seeking other global areas of sales for its water products.
